M. Night Shyamalan Announces GLASS

The official sequel to both Unbreakable AND Split.

Breaking news today as the writer and director of Unbreakable starring Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson and more recently, Split with James McAvoy, has took to Twitter announcing that there will indeed be a new movie, titled Glass that will collide both movies into one on January 18, 2019.

The official statement below:

Finished the new script, it’s taken 17 years but I can finally answer the #1 question I get, ‘Are you making a f#&@ing sequel to Unbreakable or what?’ My new film is the sequel to Unbreakable AND Split. It was always my dream to have both films collide in this third film.

If you’ve watched Split, you will remember by the end of the movie when McAvoy’s character has turned into the Beast and is on the run from authorities, Bruce Willis’ character from Unbreakable was seen at a diner referencing Mr. Glass. Thus giving fans the ultimate treat of a shared universe.

M. Night Shyamalan also confirmed that Bruce Willis will return as David Dunn along with James McAvoy as Kevin Wendell Crumb and his multiple identities. Anya Taylor-Joy will return as Casey Cooke, and Samuel L. Jackson as Elijah Price aka Mr. Glass for the feature film.
